Miami has long beaches and beautiful coves where, even in the middle of the season, you can find a place to spend a few pleasant hours, enjoying bathing in its crystal-clear waters.

Due to the low ambient humidity and the permanent breeze, a balanced climate is created. The days of sultry weather are unknown and the sun shines for 300 days a year.

Miami has a complete infrastructure with restaurants serving national and international cuisine, as well as all types of shops and businesses.

For nature lovers and a few kilometers inland, there are beautiful towns and places with panoramic views from the mountains. Nearby we have the famous Priorat area, known for its wines for demanding palates. The Bank of the Ebro River and its Delta, ideal for observing birds, plants and practicing the sport of rowing. Terra Alta, with its mountains such as Montblanc. Baix Camp with its beaches and coves.

The Ebro River, through its tributaries, which are in its path, becomes an ideal place for lovers of the sport of fishing.

The Golden Coast

It extends from the Ebro Delta to Cunit, in the province of Tarragona. It is characterized by its beaches and coves of fine, golden sand. Near the tourist area of Sitges and Salou there are a large number of beaches where you can spend a good vacation. The Costa Dorada enjoys, both in summer and winter, a mild Mediterranean climate, with clean, clear air that translates into a blue sky.

In winter there are winds from the Northwest, while in summer there is a light breeze from the Southwest, thus creating a low ambient humidity free of clouds and fog.

The City of Tarragona is the capital of this province with an important and special historical-artistic past. It shows the vitality of industry, commerce and culture.

The presentation of the Costa Dorada cannot leave aside the influence that the interior of the province has on it. In this influence we cannot forget cities and areas as important as Tortosa, Reus, Valls, Poblet and Santas Creus for their special artistic-cultural interest.

Natural Parks such as: Els Ports de Tortosa, the mountains of Llaberia, those of Prades and Montsant.

SALOU, the tourist area par excellence of the Costa Dorada, has almost three kilometers of Paseo Marítimo and Paseo de las Palmeras where one of the best and most beautiful beaches is located, known outside our borders as “Europe Beach”.

Its marina has become an international attraction for lovers of yachts, sailing and sports related to the sea.

In April 1995, the “Port-Aventura” amusement park was inaugurated, world-renowned as one of the best parks. Port-Aventura is full of fun and entertainment. All this on an area of 1.15 million square meters.

Tarragona

A business city with 450,000 inhabitants and an important port, it is the capital of the province and the most important city on the Costa Dorada. Tarraco, as Julius Caesar called it after conquering and occupying it, baptized it with the name “Julio Urbs Triumphalis Tarraconnensis.” This would become the capital of the Roman Empire in Spain.
